In honor of the first real blast of winter to hit Illinois this year, here's a feature called "Hot Weather Photos" from Mad 29, dating way back to Sept. 1956. It's essentially just an excuse for Will Elder to strut his stuff illustration wise, with some beautiful black-and-white work spoofing the cliches of hot weather news photos.
